It is with deep sadness that the we would like to let you know of the passing of Roisin Macdougall. Who passed away in Dublin on 3rd December '24.
Róisín was a long standing member of the Poodle club of Ireland, she was the secretary for many years & also the Irish kennel club rep .
We had the pleasure of Roisin judging our club show some years back, which she enjoyed immensely.
Róisín got her first Standard Poodle in the early 60s & with her husband John they shared the Dunollie prefix & campaigned many champions to their titles.
Róisín was also a patron with St Francis animal charity , she did a lot of fund raising for the charity.
I suppose the best memories were the famous Poodle party's that Róisín was excellent at organizing at her home, always a great event.
